Full custom builds.
We love doing full custom builds. From extra fans to LCD screens, custom cases, liquid cooling – you name it, we do it. We are happy to source parts in for you, or to integrate components supplied by you into a build. Our online configuration tools are built to validate the majority of customer requests and mainstream component compatibility but for unique variations in your own custom build, if you can’t see an option that you want here – give us a call!
Bring your own parts.
Customers are welcome to supply their own parts for inclusion in a build. Supply of cases, graphics cards or secondary storage devices are common and easily supported. Supply of core components such as CPU, Motherboard, Memory or Power Supply can make troubleshooting and warranty difficult to support so are best discussed with our team beforehand. If you wish to supply your own components for a build, please contact us to confirm compatibility before ordering.
Supervised Self Build.
We offer a supervised self-build option where you can assemble your own PC in our workshop under the supervision of our technicians. This option is selectable under the “Assembly” options when you customise your configuration. More information on the supervised self-build program is available here.
Rental.
Our rental option is a great way to get your new computer without a large upfront payment. Rentals provide the flexibility to return the PC after the 6 month minimum rental period has expired, or to keep it for 3 years and own it outright. All new Crox computers are supplied with a minimum 12 month warranty on the entire system covering both parts and labour.
A 24 month extended system warranty is available for an optional $25 fee.
Within the system warranty period, Crox will replace any failed or faulty parts with an equivalent new or refurbished component. For specialist parts, or specific item replacement where a suitable substitute is not available then the component manufacturers warranty will apply. Parts covered by manufacturers warranty will be provided on a back-to-back basis with faulty items returned to manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Orders are available for in-store collection or for delivery Australia wide. We ship predominantly with Australia Post (limited regional and metro areas are shipped with other carriers) offering both Standard and Express Post options. All packages are fully insured for loss or damage during transit.
